Paypal Issues for feast//bellum

I preregistered and prepaid for bellum/feast. I just recieved an email from paypal saying my payment to darkon wargaming club was refunded because darkon did not signup for paypal or did not complete the registration process.

So where does that leave us, cash payment at campout?

They have been contacted, awaiting a response.

There had been several pending and it seems everything has bounced back.

So heres the deal. If your pre reg through paypal bounced back go ahead and resend it. The issue has been sorted as of 1:00 today.

So ... I put mine through back on July 2 and it wasn't "refunded," but it seems to be stuck in PayPal in the status of "unclaimed."

The money was deducted from my bank account - and I don't see any easy option to "send it again" - or at least one that wouldn't take another $20 out of my account. I also don't see a way to just cancel it - at least not one where I don't have go into PayPal's resolution center and dispute the charge first. Which I am not sure if I dispute a charge and get a refund if I can then turn around and try to send the money to the same place again.

Any advice would be appreciated.
