Another issue I'd like the realms opinion on.

Quickest way possible. Not faulting anyone but Arioch finding out 3+ months after being suspended is kinda bunk. Hell the EB that suspended him isnt even the EB anymore.

Yup. Agreed. Also, how about a tiered justice system so we stay consistent?

minor warning = 1 point
major warning = 2 points
2 points < = 6 month ban
etc...

Somehting like that... anything that would remain consistent across the board for ever.

I think in person is best, but if that person doesn't show up to the event in which they would be notified, then an email or letter in mail would work. Or even try to get in tough with them via phone (depending on the situation)

Since suspension and ban is an official act of the Corporation they need to be notified via Registered Mail.

This doesn't mean they can't be told via a phone call or e-mail.

Here is the issue though - We do not collect e-mail or mailing addresses for members.

AGREED! Using registered Mail is the best solution but not feasible for our group because of that^^^^

In Person is fine, two months of no show get the persons number. BoD member tells them, problem solved.

This can be resolved by collecting e-mails.

Do we not still collect country emails?

Say for example Lanham the Barbarian gets suspended:

1. Next event he shows up. Ban is presented to him.

2. Next event he does not show up, EB emails country representative saying something along the lines of "We need to get in touch with so and so. Do you have an email address for him? Or have him contact me at 867-5309 ASAP.
