Bylaws Explaination

[President]

First thing - the Magistrate is the guy to talk to about rules and rule checks and clarifications. Do not go to the President anymore.

Second Thing - Questions about the bylaws are directed to the President.

And now...

Certain awards are only meant to be given out in specifically limited numbers.

On December 11 the Board will meet to ratify or drop these, and address the situation created by giving out multiple. If you have a suggestion then please PM me.

Order of the Mask - This is the BEST IN CLASS award from the 90's, it is only given out to 1 person per class.

Golden Spud - There can be only one Golden Spud in a year.
