I think it's good to have differing durations. You may also want to have the vote for Rogue as a whole be independent of the vote specifically on changing Assassination duration. I'd hate to see the good idea as a whole fail because we are still fighting over Assassination times.
That is: Passing the Rogue leaves Assassination unchanged. We can also vote to change it to X or Y.
