Arrow colors addendum

Weapon color addendum:
Arrows being impossible to mistake for anything other than a red damage weapon will have more leeway in colors on the weapon to aid in finding them on the field. Arrows and Bolts may have any solid (no patterns) color on the cover or head other than the following, that are restricted to special arrows:
Gold may only be on a True Arrow
Blue may only be on a Holy Arrow
Green may only be on a Enchanted or Relic Arrow
Silver may only be on a Silvered Arrow
Arrows of particularly distracting or disruptive design may be failed by either the weapons or costume marshals.
