Clerics are restricted to using only blunt (yellow) weapons and daggers. They may wear any type of armor and may use any size and shape of shield. A Cleric must wear a holy symbol as part of his costume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 1 Cleric Spells <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Light:<\/strong> 30 syllables <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s dark outside<br>Too dark to see <br>I hope a Grue <br>Does not eat me <em>(Repeat once.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cure Light Wounds: <\/strong>300 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your arm is bleeding <br>and covered in gore <br>Truth of the matter <br>is that I can&#8217;t see much more <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First clean with cool water <br>Straight from that clear stream <br>Now a strip of bark from that tree <br>Quickly hand it over to me <br>We wrap it tight <br>Around that limb <br>And pray infection does not cling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So now you&#8217;re done <br>Go ahead you&#8217;re free <br>Please don&#8217;t come back for services from me <em>(Repeat four times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 2 Cleric Spells<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Speak with Dead:<\/strong> 200 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your friends have passed beyond the veil<br>But you can speak to them with a spell <br>It lets you ask the questions three  <br>Yay or nay they will answer to thee <br>You can ask them what you seek to know <br>But what they will say only they may know <em>(Repeat five times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Truth Speak: <\/strong>75 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lies aren&#8217;t easy to keep from me <br>Look me in the eyes and you shall see <br>I can hear your heart beating and see your pulse <br>So unless you are truthful you&#8217;ll soon be a corpse <em>(Repeat twice)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sanctuary:<\/strong> 250 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here I stand and here I&#8217;ll stay <br>This I say as I stand and pray <br>My gods protect me as I refuse to waver <br>As strong and true as a frozen glacier <br>You won&#8217;t stop me and you won&#8217;t pass <br>Until I decide that I want to crash <em>(Repeat five times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 3 Cleric Spells<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Consecrate &amp; Desecrate<\/em>: 100 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To you my god I ask and seek <br>Create this weapon so it may wreak <br>Havoc and strife and plenty of trouble <br>With your power make it so on the double <em>(Repeat three times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 4 Cleric Spells <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Word of Holding<\/strong>: 150 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you try to charge me down <br>I call a word to hold your feet to the ground <br>It sticks you in place and makes moving real hard <br>And thanks to my god won&#8217;t let you blowhard <br>You&#8217;ll stay right there <br>Til I say you can go <br>Huff and puff all you want <br>You&#8217;ll see that it&#8217;s only for show <em>(Repeat three times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cure Disease:<\/strong> 150 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you lay before me <br>Pleading for my aid <br>You have leprosy<br>But you want to keep your leg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I speak to Nurgle quickly <br>Tell him to release his hold <br>Else you&#8217;ll get quite sickly <br>Never to grow old <em>(Repeat four times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 5 Cleric Spells<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cure Serious Wounds<\/strong>: 350 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You lie there bleeding <br>And what I can see <br>Is blood gushing quickly <br>From you to me <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I splint your leg fast <br>Push that bone right back in <br>Make you stop your screams  <br>So I can truly begin <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I bind your limb tightly <br>Underneath is tincture of tree <br>Then watch as you thrash <br>As I stitch up one knee <em>(Repeat five times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neutralize Poison:<\/strong> 175 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There&#8217;s poison down there <br>in your cup <br>Good thing I am here <br>Else you&#8217;d be stuck  <br>I guess I&#8217;ll dissolve it <br>Leave your drink strong and true <br>So you just remember <br>Who you owe it to <em>(Repeat five times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 6 Cleric Spells<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No level 6 spells<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 7 Cleric Spells<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cure Mortal Wounds<\/strong>: 600 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your wounds are quite bad <br>It&#8217;s looking rather grim <br>A point of contention <br>That without me you won&#8217;t win <br>You&#8217;re gonna need help <br>Surgery might do the trick <br>But if it doesn&#8217;t you&#8217;ll die quite quick<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So lay back down don&#8217;t cry a tear <br>Else I might get cross and bail on out of here <br>I&#8217;ll call on my god guess he might be yours too <br>To see if this wound is just through and through <br>I&#8217;ll bet it&#8217;s not from the way that you&#8217;re bleeding <br>And from the way that your life is receding <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But don&#8217;t panic now I&#8217;ll stitch you back up <br>And with luck of the gods you&#8217;ll have life in your cup <br>Just do me a favor and don&#8217;t come back soon <br>This spell is hard and you&#8217;ll owe me a boon <em>(Repeat four times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 8 Cleric Spells<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Create\/Destroy Holy Weapon<\/strong>: 400 syllables <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A weapon of god wielded by man <br>A weapon against which the unholy can&#8217;t stand <br>It carves out their hearts<br>it makes them quite weak and then when I&#8217;m done <br>their families will weep <br>I call to you Chaos and Order and Sin <br>To Gods great and small may your power flow from within <br>To fill this small vessel<br>To fill the iron blade <br>To knock back the demons and turn them to gnaves <br>I call out to you gods may your graces hear me <br>Fill this blade with your power, your anger, your glory (<em>Repeat four times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Turn Undead<\/strong>: 300 syllables <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An undead horde shambles close <br>And I did not flee unlike most <br>Instead I stand my ground and sneer <br>My God&#8217;s power is already here <br>I send it out to decaying faces <br>And watch as they fall bereft of all graces <br>Ashes to ashes and dust to dust <br>their bodies fall quiet Bones reduced to rust <em>(Repeat five times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 9 Cleric Spells <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Curse:<\/strong> 500 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morrigan keeper of destiny and death <br>I call out to you now for I have nothing left <br>I require your aid to strike down this goon <br>He&#8217;s cause me such trouble I want him dead soon <br>You need not to murder him quick<br>Take time as you will <br>And wound all his limbs so he knows of your will <br>Make him suffer make him scream make his life less like a dream <br>This I ask of you, this I beg <br>You might cripple him and sever use of his leg <em>(Repeat five times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Last Rites<\/strong>: 250 syllables <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My dear friend you&#8217;ve died this day <br>And while I grieve your soul cannot stay <br>I&#8217;ll do a good deed <br>help you pass on from life <br>As your body bleeds out <br>From a wound caused by a knife <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cross the river styx my dear <br>Do not look back let your feet steer <br>The ferryman will take you now <br>Far and wide with coins on your eyes<br>There&#8217;s no need to survive <em>(Repeat four times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 10 Cleric Spells <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resurrection<\/strong>: 1000 syllables <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have crossed beyond the river Styx <br>But with this spell life, I will affix <br>Return to this place, return to this plane <br>Let all know that with me death does not reign <br>You are my friend, my shield brethren true<br>And life will surely be returned to you <br>I call you from that misty place <br>Let you soul hear me, let death be replaced <br>Your time is not over, your mission undone <br>And here with me now you shall see the sun <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crawl from the darkness, escape thine bleak fate <br>Here on this earth, you have a blank slate<br>Your sword waits now calmly, your shield is askew <br>And without your soul, they cannot help you <br>I call you back boldly from heaven or hell <br>Let no afterlife hold you, let there be no death knell <br>Your lungs breathe fresh air now, times)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pouch<\/strong>: 500 syllables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So here I have this stone I found <br>Inside a hole deep in the ground <br>It has a secret that I keep <br>Behind these lips, inside these feet <br>A secret found in winters haze <br>Through summers glare and drunken days <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My stone appears to take and keep <br>The spells I cast, each day, each week <br>It holds them there <br>With its gray gaze <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Holds them till I call them out <br>To cause their mayhem and run about <br>When on the run, when I&#8217;m in trouble <br>I pull them out, on the double <br>Spells of chaos, spells of fear<br>Spells to make you call for mummy dear <br>They make you fall, they make you die <br>Which makes your partner want to cry <br>Spells of nature, spells of pain <br>Spells to make you go insane <br>Spells to make your shield fall down <br>Spells that trap you to the ground <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I cast them, speak them, throw them at you <br>So I don&#8217;t die, but you do <br>And that&#8217;s the secret my stone keeps <br>Its bit of magic, its hidden feat <br>So I won&#8217;t tell <br>Neither will you <br>About this nature magic I
