In October of 1985, a few friends met at Patapsco State Park\u2019s McKeldin Area for the first ever Darkon battle. Now, almost four decades to the day, we celebrate Darkon\u2019s 40th anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we have an amazing new historic venue as well!

So, the details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Venue: The Carriage House in Columbia Maryland<\/strong>, 5410 Leaf Treader Way, Columbia, MD 21044<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Date: Saturday, October 25th<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Time: 6pm-11pm<\/strong> (those who wish to set up their tables may arrive at 5pm to do so)<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Tickets are $30, and may be purchased from September 19 through October 18<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


This price covers entry, the full meal (menu posted below), an evening\u2019s entertainment with Cyanwoode and other musicians of the Realm, an awards ceremony, a raffle, Darkon Coin gambling (roulette table!), and perhaps a few surprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


You can get your tickets via the PayPal link below, or during check-in at any event now through Bardstock. However, it is first come first serve, as we\u2019re capped at 150 attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Also, we will record your name, but there will be no physical ticket issued\u2014you will sign in at the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Tickets help reimburse the costs incurred by the club, therefore anyone on the grounds of The Carriage House must have previously purchased a ticket, regardless of whether they intend to eat dinner or simply relax and enjoy the company and festivities. For planning purposes, tickets will not be available at the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
