President
Oversees general club operations, executes board policies, acts as the primary contact for legal or external relations, and coordinates official announcements.
Vice President
Assists the President with administration, helps organize battlefield setups, coordinates tournament prizes, and handles club equipment storage.
Treasurer
Manages club banking and budget sheets, processes event check-in fees, coordinates funds for field insurance, and handles official club purchases.
Secretary
Maintains the official player credit database, records Senate meeting minutes, registers new player details, and updates character ranks.
Magistrate
Oversees wargaming rules interpretations, coordinates playtest document review, handles rulebook updates, and moderates rules disputes.
Landmarshal
Manages the interactive landmap application, issues credentials for country or nomad logins, and coordinates territory and border claims.
